친구여럿과 함께 묵으려고 커넥팅룸을 예약하고 하루 지내다 왔네요. 위치는 신세계백화점 건너편이구요,도보로 명동과 남대문 둘다 가능해서 정말 편했어요! 룸도 기대 이상 좋았구요 가습기, 공기청정기도 요청하니 미리 설치해주셔서 편리 했네요! (가습기는 물때하나 없이 아주 깨끗했어요!)어메니티도 넉넉하게 주셔서 이용하는동안 불편함없이 지내다왔어요. 저를 비롯한 친구들은 다시 또 오고 싶다고 할정도로 아주 만족스러웠어요~ 다만 조식은 가짓수가 많지 가성비가 좋진 않았지만 투수객은 조식 할인 쿠폰을 주니 밖에 나가지 않고 편하게 식사할수 있는것만으로도 만족했어요~ 더 보기

Pros: great room, great location, great counter staff. Cons: the 2 lifts took absolutely forever to reach. The breakfast menu remained the same for the 3 nights I was there. The staff at the breakfast room treated guests more suspiciously than warmly, from the way they asked you for room number, and even while checking against the guest list, constantly scanning new guests entering the room. Smacked right in the centre of Myeongdong area, within few mins walk to the nearest subway (Euljiro-1), hence the perfect location if you want to stay in Myeongdong area. Friendly and good English speaking staff. Highly recommended. 더 보기

The location is right next to Myeongdong street, like 2-3 mins walking away. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The room is clean and nice. However the hotel does not have many restaurants for people who want to eat in the hotel. But just walk to Myeongdong street and you have tons of choices to choose for restaurant. 더 보기

We booked 2 savvy king rooms which offer plenty of space. They provided us early check-in at 9:30am for one room which was very appreciated as I was traveling with my 3 year old boy and my grand mother. Staff speak English so it is good and convenient. I will be back if I will be traveling to Seoul! Pls note that there is no swimming pool 더 보기

The staff helped us call a taxi. Although the housekeeping department didn't give us water everyday, people make mistakes. The Shinsegae and Lotte department store was so near. The most recommended restaurant is the chicken and Cheese rice. There is a street just a 1 min walk. It was a pleasure to stay at the Aloft hotel and I look forward to come back again in the future. Excellent hotel with an unbeatable location! Walking distance to Myeong Dong shopping district, Namdaemun Market, Namsam Tower, Lotte & Shinshigae Departmental Stores. Close to 2 subway stations - Myeong Dong & Euljiro 1. KAL Airport Limousine bus #6701 stops directly opposite the hotel. Room was immaculately clean. Overall this is a great hotel in terms of almost everything, except that housekeeping staff removed my unfinished (opened, drank few sips, mostly more than half a bottle left) water bottles every single day. She did replace with 2 new bottles every day (actually not enough for us) but i thought it's kinda weird for her to throw away those that i havent finished. Anyway this is not really annoying and i still love the hotel and would like to come back again! 더 보기

Location was great but sewerage seems to be a problem with a horrid smell constantly filling the room. Surprising for a hotel under W?! What was even more surprising was the fact that just five mins passed check out time already phone was ringing to remind of check out? Seriously been to so many hotels only really low class ones does that. It’s normal to give allowances of fifteen mins up to half n hour so surprising aloft is really aloof in nature. Good bye and good riddance I suppose.. with many options of nice hotels in Korea, I don’t think the location nor price is unbeatable so well look somewhere else 더 보기

Good location, very close to main shopping area (Myeongdong and Namdaemun). Perfect place to stay especially with baby. Can request the baby crib for free of charge in good condition. Overall very clean and excellent. 더 보기

For me, good location; still close to the subway and Myeong Dong but away from the crowds. Clean place overall which is what I like (maybe given it's new but thess things can't be assumed). Most of the staff were polite, friendly and can speak English. Great experience overall. 더 보기
