가장 큰 장점은 전철역 바로 앞이라는 것. 영등포시장, 백화점등이 약간 시간을 할애하면 가까워서 재래시장의 장점과 신식 백화점의 장점을 모두 이용할수 있었다는 장점이 있었다. 매일 suit 를 입어야 해서 세탁에 관련한 사항을 준비해서 가서 그런지 그런것들은 큰 불편함은 없었다. 아침 식사는 따로 준비되지 않으니, 근처 식당이나 출근해서 해결.. 사전에 조사한 맛집이라던지 먹는게 좀 아쉬웠음. 더 보기

가격대비 아주 적당합니다. 그리고 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절합니다. 처음에 위치를 찾기가 조금 어려웠지만 지하철과도 너무 가까워 좋았습니다. 위치 소개를 좀 더 자세하게 해 주시면 더욱 좋겠습니다. 방도 아주 깨끗해서 외국인과 같이 숙박을 했는데 좋았습니다. 더 보기

Although it's a resindence, it's more like a hotel because it has no kitchen appliances or washer like other residence hotels. But it's very huge and 3minutes walk to Singil suwbway station line No.5. If you take a taxi, you might have hard time finding this hotel so I would recommed to take a subway from the airport. 더 보기

Less than 10 seconds walk from the metro exit. Interior looks nice, well furbished and maintained. Receptionist already expected our arrival and personally showed us the rooms and how to use the door locks, temperature control, wifi, etc. Washroom was clean. If I am going to Seoul again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again. One stop away are the IFC Mall and the Times Square mall. So if you want to have an "easy" day by just going to the mall, then you can easily do that. It is also near to convenience stores so buying snacks (bread, juice, noodles) is very easy. They have English-speaking staff. They clean the rooms every day. If you ran out of drinking water, there's a water dispenser for everyone to use. The stay was better than expected for the price. Everyday we returned to a clean room and the staff we encountered were polite. The male staff at front desk has extremely commendable service which was prompt and discreetly polite. The location was actually near various major shopping malls like time square, lotte and shinsagae. there is a 7-eleven right in front of the hotel but the street eateries nearby would require korean speaking. 더 보기

The stay was good. Hotel was GREAT because as to my expectation, I am looking forward toward having a clean room, comfortable bed and efficient water heater. As for the above food/dining, I am putting rating at 3 because I can't comment due to my package never inclusive breakfast. Although the room didn't provide microwave but he staffs were very pleasant (as able to speak decent English) and they too very helpful as helped our groups to do re-heating of food (at the lobby) and offer to send it directly to our room. The hotel is very near to the Singil MRT Station (Exit 3) There is a shopping Mall (Lotte) not too far. I will for sure make it as a choice of option next time visiting Korea. 더 보기

We had a good stay. Initial we were placed in a room which the previous person smoked leaving a terrible smell, despite all rooms being a non-smoking rooms. The staff were happy to change our room when we asked and the other room was fantastic. This is a serviced apartment in a residential/commercial area. It is close to the train line which is a positive in terms of travel but negative in terms of noise. With the window close we did not find noise a problem. 더 보기

Most of the hotels in Korea are love motels which is very dark throughout the building except a few big, expensive internationally acknowledged chain ones. Cloud 9 was perfect for our needs. Very clean, very affordable, bright rooms, and very kind staff members especially the General Manager. The hotel is missing one important thing in the room though. No mirrors! Except the one at the rest room. We had to go to bathroom every time to look ourselves. i think it is one of the important main things to keep hotel's reputation. Location is good because subway station is only a few minutes away from the hotel, but if you are going to operate the car, it would be a different story. Even taxi drivers had hard time to in and out around the hotel. i enjoyed the hotel's atmosphere very much with much less money. Recommend strongly for the foreign travelers! 더 보기

The hotel is located around the corner from Singil subway station exit no 3. Your taxi driver may not be able to find the place so telling him to go to Singil exit 3 would be the best option. The rooms are clean, spacious enough and the wi if works ok. Te owners are extremely pleasant people-very polite and helpful. The hotel is about 25-30 min by subway to Kimpo airport and about 20 min to central Seoul ( whatever it means). I would have warmly recommended the place except for one caveat- it's really close to the railway ( actually subway I think) and the noise from the trains that run every 3-5 min between 4:30 am and midnight is deafening. Thus I would recommend to say there but only if you don't mind the train noise or can get a room on e side that is not facing the rails. 더 보기

We stayed for 5 nights. Very simple hotel, no food and laundry. Clean room and new facility. Room is much spacey than downtown service apartment. The hotel location is easy to find. Remember to find way out at exit 3 @ Singil station. Go out and turn left to meet first lane. You will find the hotel is just right in front of the 7-11. They make up room upon request, so please ask front desk to do it for you everyday. You can ask Front Desk to show you where you can find food. It takes about 5 to 10 mins to reach there.
