Initally had problems checking in, staff was not there and the email they sent went to my junk folder. However, they were very accommodating and we were pleased with our stay! A great choice to be close to hongik and yet also quiet as well! The common areas are also clean and convenient with good wifi! 더 보기

I got free upgrade to bigger room as the owner know i have big luggage. The room is clean and not noisy, comfortable to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is very near to subway stations, but the location is a bit difficult to reach if you were there for first time. 더 보기

The floor of the house is like a heater and in cold weather we will prefer sitting on the floor than bed. Overall we like the owner a lot. They will enquire about ur arrival and send u a detail direction of how to get there before u come. Also details of how to contact them was written in the email as well just in case u are lost and u could get help from passer by. 더 보기

very friendly and accommodating. Shortly after I made reservations on Agoda, they sent me a message confirming my booking and they gave me detailed instructions on how to get there. Once we got there, everything went very smoothly and we enjoyed the clean, comfortable room and facilities the guesthouse had to offer. Dream Comfort is a short walk away from one of the best nightlife spots in Seoul and I highly recommend it if you need a place to stay near Hongdae. 더 보기

John was really nice and welcoming. He said that he just opened two months ago, so the facilities are very nice and new. I usually don't stay in a hostel, but due to traveling with a group of 4, I thought it would be the most convenient. I slept very well here and found the bed and bedding to be new and comfortable. We rented the "family room" since I was there with my husband and two friends. You can make your own breakfast-- eggs, toast, cereal, and coffee. The only thing I would wish for is that the toilet and shower could be separate. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The bathrooms were fine, but I've stayed in hostels before where you could take a shower separate from the toilets, so you didn't have to wait as long for people to be done taking a shower. It wasn't a big problem, but it would have made the stay more comfortable. On another positive note, there was body wash and shampoo, as well as toothpaste, so you only need to bring a toothbrush and conditioner. You get one small towel as well. I call to the guesthouse and her staff invited me in front of Hongik Univ station exit 2 . Also , the following is the direction for Dream Comfort . Direction ( how to get to our property from airport , Railways station or train station ) By airport bus Direction for Limousine bus # 6002 ( fee : 10,000 won) 1.Exit from door # 5 or # 12 on the 1st floor of the airport 2.You will see the sign ' 5B ' or ' 12B ' 3.Take the Airport bus No . 6002 at gate 5B (or 12B ) 4.Get off at ' Hongik University ' Bus Stop. The bus ride takes about 40mins . 5.After you get off the bus , go Across the crosswalk Towards Exit 2 or Starbucks . 6.Go straight down the street past a Starbucks . 7.Continue straight past GS25 Mart and go Across the crosswalk 8.Turn that's left and walk down the block until you come KKANBU Across Chicken ( 깐부 치킨 ) Store. 9 . At the end of that block turn right and then turn right again in the first alley . . 10. We are the 4th house on the street that's . by subway 1.Once you arrive at ' Hongik Univ. ' subway station, take EXIT 2 . 2 . that's street turn left past the Starbucks and then GS25 Mart. 3.At the end of that block go Across the crosswalk and turn left .. 4.At the end of that block you will see a KKANBU Chicken ( 깐부 치킨 ) Store, turn right. 5.Turn right again at the end of that block 6.We are the 4th house on the street that's . if I was to seoul I would definitely stay here :) 더 보기

It is a warm and lovely place to stay in Seoul. It is clean and comfortable. I stayed for four nights there. The staffs, John and Lucy are very friendly and helpful. Dream Comfort is a good and convenient place to live as it is near to subway (within 5 minutes)and airport railway station, with lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby. But the noise isolation is just not enough especially in the night. It is quite noisy when people moving in or out from their rooms. I can even hear clearly what people in the next room said when they talking in their room. But overall, it is a good place to live in with reasonable price. 더 보기

John and Lucy the owner is very nice, they are very sweet and always treated us with hospitality, the place is near with subway, restaurant and entertaiment but not noisy and didn't disturb our rest. just that i miss a great amount of time waiting for the staff to arrive and end up cutting short my trip to nami island. but the staff make up for it. i find him kind and helpful.so my opinion is that u need to actually stay for a min duration of two days or else when u want to leave ur luggage theres no one there to open the door. 더 보기

We only stayed for one night but we had a good time. The location is pretty close to the station and the place was clean. The air conditioner in our room worked well and we could adjust the temperature. We had to leave early the next day for our flight but it looked like there was a good variety of items for breakfast in the fridge.
