홍대 전철에서 가까운 거리지만 골목에 위치해 있어 전화로 정확한 위치를 안내받는게 좋을것 같습니다. 디럭스트윈이 더블 하나와 싱글 침대여서 두사람 묵기에 편했습니다. 우리가 묵은 기간 서울이 굉장히 추웠음에도 따뜻해서 좋았습니다. 지하에서 체크인도 하고 조식이나 차를 마실 수도 있습니다. 주인이 여자분인데 인상도 좋으시고 친절하십니다. 참 비가 오니 우산도 빌려주시더군요. 다음에도 2~3일 서울에서 머물일이 생기면 여기에 오고 싶습니다. 더 보기

오픈한지 얼마 안 된 건물은 무척 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다. 교통편은 지하철에서 도보 10분정도 걸리고 찾기 쉬웠습니다. 젊은 부부가 게스트 하우스를 운영하고 있고 활달하고 친절하셨습니다. 6인 여성 도미토룸을 사용했는데 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 화장실에 수건도 충분하고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔습니다. 전체적으로 저렴한 가격과 깨끗한 시설, 쾌적한 환경, 따뜻한 친절함 모든 게 마음에 드는 곳이었습니다. 다음에 또 이용하게 되거나 추천할 친구가 있다면 주저없이 이곳을 선택할 것입니다. 더 보기

걸어서 10분 이내 거리 생각했던것보다 조금 먼 거리였지만 부담될만큼의 거리는 아니네요.. 청소상태 좋았구요- 각자리마다 콘센트가 없는점 뜨거운물이 계속 나오지 않았는점이 조금 아쉽긴하지만 대체적으로 괜찮았습니다 모든걸 잊게 하는 친절함이 100점이네요 기회가 된다면 재방문 90% 입니다 더 보기

게스트하우스위치는 아주 찾기쉽다고 할순없어요. 저도 길을묻고도 조금 헤맸기때문에.. 하지만 주택가에 위치해있어서 조용하고 좋았습니다. 주인분도 친절하셨구요 깨끗하고 시설에 불만은 없었지만 단 한가지 이층침대가 넘 불편했어요. 얇은 철제침대인데 (전 6인실 도미토리에서 이층침대에 2층을 사용했습니다) 몸무게가 44키로인 제가 올라갈때도 침대가 꽤 많이 흔들렸고 올라가면서 불안정하기도하고 아랫사람이 제 조금한 움직임도 바로 느낄것같아서 상당히 신경쓰였어요 침대가 불편했던것빼고는 다른것은 다 좋았다고 생각합니다. 다시 찾을 의향도 있구요 단 한가지! 그 이층침대에 2층에서는 자고싶지 않습니다. 1층에서 잘래요^^; 더 보기

The hotel was easy to find, very near to the subway station, which was even connected to the Incheon International Airport, making it even more convenient. The neighborhood was cozy making us feel at home even more. The staffs Wonie, Morry (not sure about the spelling) as well as the host Lynette was really accommodating and makes us feel that we are just at home. The rooms were clean and not to mention spacious. Will not hesitate to book again here if we ever come back to Seoul. 더 보기

Had a pleasant stay at the Familyn & Friends House. The staffs were helpful and friendly. It's located in Hongdae and there are lots to see/shop in the area. Only drawback is that it's a pretty long walk from the subway, roughly 15mins walk and it is not easy to find. The cab uncle could not access the address on his GPS. we were in Seoul/ jeju for 2 weeks and Family and Friends House was our last stop. it turned out to be the best accommodation among all the hotels we had stayed in. The host, Lynette is one of the most helpful, caring and genuine Korean host we've come across. we were the 1st guests in her newly open 2nd Family House which is opposite the original House. The unit is clean and comfortable, equipped with a fridge, microwave oven and a kettle and Wifi. she provides us with clean towels everyday and the breakfast is simple but delicious. the location is within walking distance to subway and airport rail and the happening Hongdae areas. I would recommend this place to anyone who's visiting Korea, especially those travelling in a group of 4 which is just nice for a family room. 더 보기

Lynette and her husband are the owner, they are very nice and speak english well. It's not very close to the mrt, it takes 10mins walk. A delicious bread store and supermarket are nearby. You an find some restaurant with cheap price by walking n 5mins. The room is Very clean, so is the bathroom, but the space is quite small and the bed is not comfortable (i think budget hotel, hostel, guest house, etc in korea don't provide comfortable bed and pillow, and the pillow is very thin. The breakfast is bread with jam, egg, orange juice, tea, and coffee. The aircon is ok. The shower works well. 더 보기

very comfortable stay in the guesthouse which is centrally located, convenient and near to the subway. the guesthouse owner lynette is very very friendly and took good care of every guest staying over. very good facilities- bathroom and common area were tidied everyday; dustbins were emptied everyday, nice breakfast at the recpetion floor. highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone travelling to seoul! 더 보기

I had a great comfortable stay at Family and Friends. The staff is very friendly and it is close to the Subway line Hong-ik University Station Line 2 (Green). You can take Line 3 (Orange) and get off at Agnuk Station, and if you are in good walking condition, see some of the most popular places in Seoul. Bukchon-Hanok Village, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Insadong, Myeongdong, Namdaemung and Cheonggyecheon Stream (go at dusk for the best aesthetics. All of these are accessible with other stations, but I recommend walking as you can see more. Besides, Subway maps tend to make things seem further apart than they really are. location is good, abt 5-10mins walk to hongdik university station. many thoughtful touches by the owners during our stay. remarkably clean toilet! towels, hairdryers, shampoo and soap were thoughtful provided in the toilet for free and the towels were replaced daily. we had no issues w the showering water - consistent warm water. bed was good, even though we slept on a double bed, we were given 2 blankets, which was exceptionally good as my travelling partner and me are able to curl up and wrap ourself w our own blankets. the microwave, stove, fridge, water boiler, sofa and huge teddy bear in the shared living room were available for us to use and take photos. owners were able to speak fluent english and gave us brief overview of the nearby area and places to visit in seoul. they are v sincere, they welcomed us to the guesthouse and helped to carry our lugguages when we arrived, then insist on seeing us out to the door when we checked out of the place. 더 보기

We got lost finding the hotel and we were so tired by the time we got there. But we were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The room we got has two rooms. We thought we will be sharing with other guests but they only came in the morning of our departure. The room is always kept clean. It was not big nor small. Just enough for a family of 3 like ours. They have everything we needed. Hot shower, shampoo, soap, towels, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, microwave, ref, dining table and blankets. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste so you have to bring your own. They offer breakfast that consists of boiled egg, toast, banana, coffee and juice. I hope they will serve more variety next time but if not, it's fine because it's free anyway. The owner even came to our room to check on us because we didn't have breakfast that morning and had a small chat with us. She is very kind. One of their part time staff also helped me print out our airline booking because I made some changes and didn't charge me extra. The place is perfect for its price. Cheap but very clean. It also has a very quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for 4 nights and I think we will stay in this hotel if we come back to Seoul. Will also recommend this to our friends. 더 보기
