방도 깨끗하고 위치도 교대역에서 가깝고 호텔 근처에 마트랑 편의점 등등이 많아서 밖에서 음식이나 맥주 사서 들어가서 마시기 편합니다. 다만 박당 이십만원가까이 되는 돈을 지불했는데 칫솔 치약 등 비품이 없었던 점은 좀 그랬고 티비가 너무 작습니다. 더 보기

음식도 해 먹고 가족이 머물기는 좋은 곳 같다. 강남역과 교대역 중간에 있어 교통이 편하고 식당도 많아 다양한 음식을 먹을 수 있어서 좋지만 방은 그다지 시설이나 청결 상태가 좋지는 않은 것 같다. 더 보기

i loved it, the airport bus is right in front on the hotel and train subway only couple minutes walk. 5 min walk to gangnam road, many restaurants and shopping. the street behind, many restaurant too. i will definitely come back again. 더 보기

When first enter, looks ok. First thing I did was to turn the air con on, however it was not working properly, 30 degree Celsius initially and drop to a lowest 25, the temperature couldn't be adjusted. We called the service person to check, however when he came into our room to check, he said that it's not a major problem and walked out of the room. Problem was not solved. Picture shows that it's 2 levels, but the top level the celling was so low that I have to crawl to make my way around. The bottom level had a bed that could barely fit 2 person( as stated a double bed). The toilet is the worst, small( we don't mind) but it accumulates water outside the showers after bathing. The water never dry up. House keeping services were bad as well, cleaning the room once every three days and did not clear the accumulated water on the floor. Agoda reply me quickly( satisfied with service), and had coop residence offered us another room. We did not change in the end because it was the exact same layout with a bigger tv and was on a higher level. Air con was the same. Overall it was an unpleasant stay as we slept there for 7 nights. It is not value for money as for that price, I could stay in a better hotel. I will never stay at that hotel in the future. If staying there for 1-2 nights it's ok but not more than that. 더 보기

We were in Seoul for 2 weeks for a conference and some sightseeing. A Korean friend recommended Gangnam Coop and we were very happy with the choice. The room was a bit worn, but clean enough; I'd give it 7 out of 10. It was great to have a mini apartment with a kitchen, and access to laundry machines in the basement. Staff extremely friendly and helpful; most spoke enough English to help with any question. Location excellent within 5-10 min walk of two subway stations and bus 6020 to/from airport stops right next to it. There is a 24 hour convenience store just around the corner, and a variety of Korean restaurants to choose from. We'd stay again. 더 보기

Gangnam Coop resodence,located at subway stop " Seoul University of Education " (subway line 3). 10 min walk from subway. The room space is good for family, we brings two kids, they love the stairs & upper bed which they can play alone there. WIFI is good. The furniture is a bit old and bathroom is small. Can make simple cooking but no washing machine which not good for family with kids. Staff is very nice and helpful. Much shops are arounds eg.E-mart supermarket, Mcdonald. It is convenient when take bus to Everland. 더 보기

The hotel locates at the middle of Gangnam Station(Line 2 & Sinbundang) and Seoul National Univ of Education Station(Line 3). And Gangnam station is a little further. Besides there are several bus stops nearby. So it is convenient to go to anywhere in Seoul though it will also take a bit more time to go to Myeong-dong. But there are also many stores, restaurants and bars around Gangnam station. It may be more like local life. The hotel replace toiletries every three days, not very frequent, but enough for me. And the trash bin is changed everyday. The front can speak English and communicate, not good though. We booked a deluxe twin room which has a stair. The upstairs is low that an adult must bow. There are two beds, one of which is on the upstairs. The room has a fridge, an oven, an electric stove, chopsticks and scoops. If you stay there long enough, you can cook yourself. Actually the hotel provides long-term rent service. There are a fitness center and a laundry underfloor. In a word I think it is worth the price that I pay. 더 보기

They charged extra for the 5th person staying and even it is a initially a family person for 4 persons but they provided only 2 sets of toiletries including bath towels of which I could not understand. Besides, the front desk cannot speak good English during our check-in. 더 보기

Enjoyable. Mom felt safe in the room by herself while i was out attending to business. Convenient to gangnam subway exit9 and gangnam area. An oldish building. Good view from our 14th floor. No funny odour at all - great! Value for money! 더 보기

The room is really big with fully equipped kitchen. If going with group of friends, some can sleep at the living room area while some can sleep on the loft double bed. Toilet looks old in my personal opinion while my boyfriend felt it's okay. Located between Gangnam and Seoul Unv of Education station makes travelling convenient. However, cab drivers have trouble finding the residence so you might need to direct them a little when reaching the entrance. Quite a few attraction have buses that stop at Gangnam such as Everland. It makes coming back late night good as you can save cab fare and just walk back to your apartment. You can use the dryer at the laundry room as they are really awesome because all my clothes are dry. 더 보기
