Was there on new year day and she cooked dduk guk which is usually what Koreans have on New Year's Day and offered to all her guest. She take good care of her guest and her daughters are very helpful too!! 더 보기

on the first night our flight to seoul was delayed, hence we reached at around 1am. ju and bihi, our hosts, were very kind to wait up for us even though it was obviously past bedtime. they were also very friendly and hospitable, offering all sorts of dishes for breakfast to us the next day although we slept in late and missed the breakfast timings. the room for two was fairly large, we had space to lay out both our luggages without the need to close them to move around the room. the shared bathroom was clean and had hot water, which is superb when you need to take a shower at night. the only downside was there was no mirror in the room (the only mirror was a main one at the hallway, where there were hairdryers and brushes for you to use). however it was kinda awkward as other guests were walking around and could see you do your makeup / dry your hair. the lack of mirrors in the room also meant you had to go out to the hallway to fix your outfit. it would've been more convenient to have a full-length mirror in the room for these, but nothing so major that it negatively affected our stay. overall, gold guesthouse is definitely going to be one of our must-return guesthouses the next time we go back to seoul. 더 보기

This is good location (near hapjeong station and gimpo airport), good security (High tech locks on doors) and very neat and clean.The host family were very friendly and helpful in every way. As for the place itself, everything looked very new. I was very surprised how nice a guesthouse could be. They are definitely my recommendation if staying in Seoul 더 보기
