Good stay, it's a budget hotel but very clean and reasonably well equipped. It's quite centrally located and I love the best it's right round the corner of a food stall street. You got all sorts of great food around this area and the hotel is located right next to a convenient store as well. Recommended for anyone who don't mind staying in a smaller place and will trade room size for convenience and good food. 더 보기

Wonderful day at Goodstay Greentel Hotel. The room was warm and comfortable athough the room size was relatively small, it was still acceptable for us. We feel that the convenience of the location made up for the small room size. Also the staff were pleasant and friendly during our stay. In all, it was still a wonderful syat 더 보기

Goodstay greentel hotel was located near to the jungno 3 (sam) ga subway station which is around 5 minutes walk to the exit 11 and around 5 minutes walk to the Insadong shopping area. shopping area full of fashion clothing, korean food and many more. i would definitely stay at goodstay nana residence in my next visit at seoul. 더 보기

We were very happy to stay at Goodstay Greentel Hotel, the staff are very helpful, the room is very clean, next to Insadong shopping area, 7/11, tourist information and easy to catch the train, taxi, and the bus to the airport. It is a perfect place for the backpacker. 더 보기

The rooms were a bit on the small size for Korea, but they were clean and a very good price for the location. It's a nice central area for sightseeing, not too far from Seoul station. There was no elevator, but the staff carried our bags up the stairs for us. This could be a problem, however, for people with mobility restrictions. 더 보기

It is a very lovely hotel with friendly staff and clean environment. There is a convenience store just below the hotel. Shopping and dining are very convenient. We love our stay there except the long flight of stairs to our room. We lived on the 4th floor and had to carry our heavy luggage up to our room. Luckily, the male staff helped us carry two suitcases but if the female staff is on duty, then you have to rely on yourself. 더 보기

There are compact room. Private bathroom it's very clean. high internet and cable TV in the room... it's not comfortable when you have to charge your gadget ( camera or phone ) because Socket is not enough... Location, if you enjoy to see Seoul city by walking, this is your place.. It's close to insadoong, many palaces, Chongaechon canal in front of the hotel. not far away for Myeongdong and very close to main Subway station that you can travel the outer of seoul. Hotel is close to tourist information ... it's helpful if you have no idea to travel they can help you in english chinese and Japanese. The staff of the hotel use english pretty well and Japanese too. Eating, next door of the hotel . There are korean cuisine and convenience store . and near fast food ,restaurant area & night life' So, I think it's good stay for your adventure in Seoul ... The rooms are quite small, which I'm used to having lived in Japan, but the futon beds were VERY thin. I actually folded mine in half and slept on top of that. The rooms are in bad need of renovation. The staff doesn't speak much English, but I speak Japanese, which they did as well. Best I recommend it for is the price and location. 더 보기

I was totally surprised by the staff at this hotel. As I was given the room on the highest floor and that there were no elevators to go up, the staff offered to carry all my luggages up the flights of steps without even stopping to take a breather. (My bag was 17kg on arrival and 20kg on departure) Awesome staff! 더 보기

The room was big compared to other hotel/backpackers guesthouse. The cost is somewhat cheap given the room size was much bigger. However my friend had some rashes after sleeping in 1 night and the rest of our stay his rashes got worse. My second stay! Rooms are fairly small, but very clean. They have ondol (sleeping on floor) and regular rooms. Not much english but the staff will provide you with photocopy map of immediate surroundings. Walking distance from Jonggok metro. Take exit 4 at Jonggak and walk left for a couple hundred meters until a major street crosses and turn right after crossing the street (by the Burger King on the corner). Right before the river you'll have a highrise on your left with the name Pagoda on it. The hotel is in the alley behind this building an is market by a green neon sign. Location is excelent about a hundred meters from Insadong main shopping street which offers local handcrafts and souvenirs. I' m personally a huge fan of the hanji paperlamps (first store on your right in Insadong). Also within short walking distance from Myeongdong for more modern shopping facilities and lots of western restaurants (Outback, TGI Friday, California Pizza etc). Myeongdong also has one of the 3 Nanta theaters (think Stomp in the kitchen with knives/rythmic cooking - excelent show! - book in advance). Also perfect location for the Lotus Lantern Festival in may as parade passes about a hundred meters from the hotel (my first stay). 더 보기

For budget travelers Greentel is a good choice. The price is very affordable, it's centrally located, and the staff is great... they're very helpful. There's only one downside - no elevator, but the staff are more than willing to help you bring your luggage up. All in all, we had a great time. 더 보기

The room was really small but it was worth it for such a cheap price in such a great location. No lift but staff insisted on carrying bags for us. Easy to find: it's right on the small river behind a 7/11. Internet was a bit patchy. Airport bus/ metro few minutes walk away. Would stay here again. 더 보기

This hotel is small building behide Pagoda Building near the famous canel in Seoul. The subway station just 5 MINS walk. It's a little hard to find, the point to notice is the Pagoda Building at corner. There are a Korean food restuarant and 7-11 nearby. Room quite new decorated, look like Japanese style, Hotel Staffs have good english. The room we stay has a problem on heater under room floor, it can not adjust properly sometimes temperature go too high like to get into fire. Pls ensure this point before accept to stay.
