I have lived in Korea for 4 years and travel around a lot, this was definitely Most Disappointing hotel! Arrived at 10 pm (check in is at 2 pm)- room was not ready, asked to wait 10 minutes- ended up being over 35 minutes. Once in the room I realized I had paid for the suite but received the VIP (cheaper) room. I go downstairs again- I said it was fine as long as the price difference was refunded, which they did. Finally back in the room, wanting to bath and relax and enjoy a hotel like it should be, but there was NO hot water! Back downstairs & called- every time was told 10 minutes / give me a second. 3 HRS LATER the water was better! I was promised if I stayed another night I would receive the best room. The price was more expensive than Agoda & gave me NO compensation for my bad experience besides 10000 won when I said it was cheaper online. Staff are sweet but "sorry" does not compensate! Buy a faulty shoe, you get refunded. Terrible! My moms last weekend in Korea was a headache! 더 보기

It’s an upscale love motel. When we arrived at 4PM the front desk could not find our reservation, they asked what site we booked with. They checked their computer again and said the suite room we booked will not be ready until 10PM. The place was very busy with a lot short stay couples (3 hours or less). We complained and they said we could wait in one of the VIP bedrooms until our room was ready. The VIP room was small and felt camped because of the Jacuzzi and extra decorations. We decided not to wait there and told the front desk that we’ll get something to eat and for them to call us when the room was ready. They called us about an hour and half later to tell us our suite room was ready and when we got to our room it was the about the same size and layout as the VIP room we saw earlier; however, it had a mattress on the floor with no bed frame. We talked to the front desk again and they said they will change us to another suite room with a “western” style bed in about an hour. I’ve seen this before here in Korea where the so called “deluxe” or upgraded rooms are basically the same as the regular rooms with a few extra bells and whistles and sometimes a little bigger and it’s not worth the extra price (it’s hit or miss). Also, our included breakfast was two sausage muffins with hash browns and coffee from McDonalds that we picked up at the front desk on our way out at 10am. 3泊4日で宿泊しました。SPA KINGという部屋を予約しましたが、現地ではVVIPという部屋だそうです。フロントの人も、agoda予約の客は珍しかったのか⁈、サービスタイムの客と最初は間違われました。歯磨き・髭剃り等のエチケットグッズも、最初に渡されますが、その中にはコンドームも入っていました。2日目以降のエチケットグッズの補充はありませんでした。部屋の写真は広そうで、40平米と記載はありましたが、殆どは、浴槽でその敷地は埋め尽くされスーツケースを広げる場所もありません。カードkeyでしたが、扉も室内もレトロで浴槽もタイル貼りです。浴槽は、お湯を張ると、気を付けて入浴しなければ、床に湯が溢れ、部屋がベチャベチャになります。ウォシュレットやジャグジーはありました。2泊3日までは、リネン交換やトイレットペーパーや水の補充もされましたが、残りの1泊分は、朝、外出してからの状況から全く変わらず、一切！されていませんでした。翌朝には、トイレットペーパーも無くなってしまいました。朝食は付いていますが、2Fの10平米程の部屋で、am7〜9時までで、自分で卵やラーメンを作って、食器の洗浄までしなければなりません。ペットボトルと水と缶コーヒー・缶オレンジジュースはフロントに置いてあり、取り放題です。客層もビジネスホテル代わりに使っている人も幾人か見受けられました。割り切って宿泊すれば、こんなモンなんでしょうけど、値段も値段なだけに，仕方ないのでしょうね。 더 보기

整體來說酒店都很不錯，比較適合短程，房間比細，如果一整天都外出旅行，完全無問題，酒店包了小水吧可以飲用，包早餐，不過是自助式，要自己煮公仔麵和煎蛋 ，食完請自行清洗，酒店雖然比較入，但附近食店非常多，而且都很好食，離地鐵站都很近5-6分鐘路程，去明洞站只需30分鐘，唯一不好是當地人視酒店為愛情酒店，如果旅客不介意，其實住這裏很好，超級優惠價錢 더 보기
