비가 많이 오는 날 숙소에 들어가게 되었습니다. 인사동은 가 봤지만 계동길은 몇 번 안 가봤는데 좋았습니다. 이 길이 맞나 싶어 둘러봤는데 어떤 마을 주민이 가르쳐주더군요. 한옥의 특징이 잘 살아있는 방에서 비소리 들으면서 잘 지냈습니다. 아침을 밥으로 차려주는 것도 이색적이였고 맛있게 먹었습니다. 떠날 시간이 되어서 가려고 하니 주인의 안내로 게스트하우스 숙박객을 위한 투어를 가시더군요. 서울이나 인사동이 초행이라면 이 점도 미리 물어보는 것도 좋을 것 같습니다. 계동길의 매력을 알게 해준 숙소였습니다. 다만 비가 많이 오는 시기에는 습기가 방으로 그대로 들이치는 느낌이 들어서 그것은 불편하더군요. 더 보기

재일교포인 남편과 함께 숙박하였습니다. 온돌이 처음인 남편은 뜨끈뜨끈한 휴안게스트하우스의 온돌에 매우 만족해하였습니다. 저희는 야외웨딩촬영을 북촌에서 했기때문에 이곳에 묵게되었는데, 감기걸린다며 생강차를 몇번이고 건내시던 직원분, 추운데 고생이다, 예쁘다며 격려를 해주시던 직원분 너무너무 고마웠습니다. 아침밥은 정갈하고 맛있었습니다. 술을 마시고 다음날 콩나물국이 나왔을 때는 환상이었습니다. 제가 밖에 나가지 않고 숙소에 있을 때 본 봐로는 청소도 엄청 열심히 하시고, 이불도 항상 새 시트를 갈아서 쓰는등 위생문제도 엄청 신경 쓰시는 모습이었습니다. 사장님은 참, 좋은 분이었습니다. ㅋㅋ 사장님이 추천해주는 숨겨진 서울 맛집은 정말 다 만족이었습니다. 휴안게스트하우스 앞에는 아기자기한 골동품장난감가게가 있고 그릇가게, 유재석이 맞춤정장을 했다던 정장가게, 작은 소품가게등등 북촌의 메인거리에서는 느낄수 없는 아기자기한 동네가 있는 곳이었습니다. 북촌이나 한옥게스트하우스를 생각하신다면 휴안을 추천합니다. 북촌 더 보기

방문드린날이 한달에 한번 외국인들이 모이는 행사날이였나봐요..첨엔 많은 사람에 당황했지만..즐거웠습니다. 화장실과 샤워실이 공용이라 살짝 당황했습니다만 통과. 조식이 있다고 말씀들었는데 부엌을 보니 조식은 ㅠ 없어서ㅠ 아이와 저는 대실망..그래도 좋았습니다. TV가 없어서 둘이 대화도 깊게 나누고 행복했습니다 더 보기

I have book room with breakfast but it looks so cheap. And sometimes host didn’t come hotel and cook breakfast for us. With his disappearance my friends came in wrong room and he charged us 100$/2 nights for our wrong. No cleaning room and waste basket everyday and water in bathroom sometimes is so weak and super hot or super cold. Never come back again! 더 보기

Good location, easy walk around. The owner said we have pay for breakfast when our booking have breakfast inclued, I show him the booking say my breakfast is inclued then he said something wrong... We book 2 room with 8 peoples, but only one bathroom in the house wich is warmer than the bathroom outside, but there is more guest stay there so sometimes we have shower together with friends to make it fast :(( 더 보기

Highly recommendable Hanok! The room was (typically) simple but had air condition and a small cupboard. Bathroom was shared, but clean. Staff was incredibly friendly - don't hesitate to ask about the history of the house - that's how we learned a lot about the actual place we were staying in and more about Korean culture.Breakfast was Korean style and delicious. On the following day we got a free tour around the whole quarter, thus we got to see the best spots. If you just want a room and house for yourself, you might miss a little comfort, but for the Hanok experience this is an authentic way to stay. We'd go there again! 더 보기

I was a little difficult at first because the lamp bulb was fused, the staff was very kind to offer me another lamp but it was not my luck. The small lamp bulb was not working either. In the end the staff changed me the whole lamp from another room just because I needed the light. And he apologised. I'm extremely thankful because I feel only in that orangy lighting the Hanok stay atmosphere is extremely enhanced. Although the staff did not smile much but he always meet and answer your need if you ask. I had a wonderful moment watching the funny new year Korean entertainment in the living room tv. Although I could not really understand but I could guess through the action. He was very kind to explain to me and watch with me while his doing his work near the kitchen. This is the best place to stay & u will know more about the culture of Korean. Very friendly owner "Teddy", provided us a big family room as we actually booked for a normal double room. So happy to stay here! ^^ 더 보기

Owner very nice, good English. I hear he can also speak Japanese. We asked him to recommend a restaurant and he took us to a wonderful local place where we ate delicious Korean food. The breakfast he prepared was also delicious. I enjoyed the neighborhood very much. Close to sightseeing, subway, shops and food. 더 보기

Teddy, the manager, as well as the staff, were so kind in explaining to us the city, showing us restaurants and even inviting us for a lunch. We laugned a lot together, although they were also discrete. Also, it is a family place where everybody eats breakfast together, which is a unique experience, especially in such a beautiful traditional Korean house. The architecture is wonderful. The whole area is full of cafes, shops, gardens, but is also quiet at night. Fantastic experience 더 보기
