직원 불친절, 서비스 불량, 방에 모기 있음.. 욕조 보고 예약했는데 욕조는 따뜻한 물 나오지 않음, 스트레스 풀러 갔다가 오히려 스트레스 싸여서 왔네요.. 정말 이래도 되는 건지..많이 안타깝네요. 더 보기

it was good. We arrived very early in the morning and was very tired. They provided the room to us with no extra charge. it was nice room with staircase, toilet downstairs and bedroom upstairs. look nice but not very convenient. but not complaining, as we have extra hours for us already. not difficult to find and many restaurants nearby. staff dont really speak english, but they tried their best to help. 더 보기

No good for couple , too many karaok around the Motel, no room key, but maybe it make sense for a Motel. The bed is not comfort, the floor board was broken. By the way, there is a big different feeling by i saw the Pic on Agoda and the ture feeling when you stay there. 더 보기

Had a really bad experience staying here. Stayed for 7 days in total. - no key, not secure at all. - they turn off the aircon main switch and refuse to on till I argue with them then they on. Ask us to open window??? Seriously? When sleeping halfway they go switch off the aircon main switch and I have to call them and ask them on again. Sleep till so uncomfortable halfway no air circulation - off the light main switch as well!!! Can't even on light and have to call them. All their answer is ok ok ok. - refuse to give 2 towels and say that it's their setting with 1 towel each room. After much arguement they then give us. - room not clean for 4 days out of 7days stay. - the fridge design cannot make it. Only can put certain things as it's fixed slot - out of the 7days... 2 of the days while bathing halfway no hot water. I guess they turn off the heater main switch as well. - overall very bad stay. Small room but apparently that's usual of Seoul. The lights / tv / aircon all worked off one remote which is all in Korean so had no idea what button did what & it did not work half the time. The front lock was automatic. Didn't have breakfast. A little out of main area but tube is nearby. Owner did not speak any English & room was not ready until 3pm which was annoying as we landed at 7.40 am. The bed was comfy however, clean room. There were compartments in the fridge so couldn't rly put anything but water bottles in. Didn't even realise the water was complimentary. 더 보기

Good stay, was weird that there is no key to secure the room if you leave, but had a lock bar from the inside??? Overall, good stay, food & shopping near by. 더 보기

出外旅行每次都是自己揀選酒店的, 今次完全係最失望的一次! 酒店外觀頗正常,但一進房間,非常舊~木地板是破的,牆紙也是,每天都有小昆蟲飛來飛去! 除了浴缸比較大,地方鄰近鐵路,其他都非常失敗,前台服務員除韓文外都不能溝通... 더 보기
