Me and my friends stay 4D3N ini JJ, our flat consist of 2 rooms, and luckily the other rooms not occupied, so feel like home. The rooms clean with standard design but enough for Me. They have microwave and refrigerator in the kitchen, overall recommended. 더 보기

It takes about 8 mins from exit 3 of Hongdae railway station. The guesthouse locates in small lane, I had a little difficulty in finding it at the beginning. I arrived there about 1:00AM, the staff was still awake and taught me the way using the facilities. I was supposed to stay in a single room but the staff offered me a triplet room. The staff was nice, but I didn't have many chances talking with her maybe because I always went back the guesthouse late. When I was not in the guesthouse, the staff would help me clean my room. During my stay, I asked her how to do the laundry, she just said she would do it for me. Later when I went back to the guesthouse, my clothes was dried and folded. Location near Hongik uni subway or Arex train station great. Difficult to find as in a small side street. Main issue: we were told on arrival that it was overbooked and no rooms left for us- agoda had done this few times before they stated. So who do we believe agoda who said we could book it or the owners who say agoda is wrong. I am not sure but tend to believe agoda as never had this problem before. We now wonder if the jj guesthouse owner books rooms and if full passes to neigbour as this is what happened. We were offered a gueshouse room next door. However the room was nothing like the listing in agoda -it is very small and poor condition and the bathroom nothing like the photos on agoda -very smelly, poor condition and not clean. We had to share 1 bathroom+toilet between 8 pepole. However as it was only 1 night we had no choice as leaving Seoul next day. Thanks 더 보기

I booked for JJ guesthouse but because there were only guys in the mixed dorm, the owner asked me to stay at guesthouse K (across the street) instead. So this review is for both guesthouses. Super nice owners... They invited me to some home cooked meals, had plenty pleasant conversations, gave advices. New facilities... Doors are secured with padlocks, bathroom is cleaned daily, humongous locker, typical Korean bed, and fast internet. Location: 5-10 minute walk to an alley from exit 3 of Hongdae station. A park is right outside the exit, many restaurants in the area. 더 보기

I'd give these people a golden trophy if I could!! It's basically a small cozy appartement like with 2 bedrooms, I had the opportunity employer room plus kitchen facilities. Very quiet peaceful neighbourhood. 10 minutes walk from Hongik university station. Cozy neighbourhood, comfortable bedding. Everything beautiful and... It felt like home!! The staff was super nice and helpful, suggesting maps for tourists. I felt safe and homey. It was a most amazing experience and I'm going back next year!!! 더 보기
