남편과 아이랑같이갔어요 온돌찾고있었는데 마침 가야호텔이 있어서 저렴한가격에 예약했어요 위치도괜찮고 욕조도있어서 잘사용했어요 단지 방온도조절이안되서 더워서연락드렸더니 에어컨키라하셔서 킬려고봤는데 먼지가 너무많아 물티슈로 닦아사용했어요 . . 방음도 잘안되서 민망했구요 . . 청소만잘되면 오래된건물인거치곤 좋은편인거같아요 ㅎ잘사용했습니다 더 보기

The location is unbeatable for me. The hotel is not too large, so the feeling is comfortable and familiar. The facilities are very practical and working well, enough electricity plugs everywhere, switches are there where you expect them, WIFI performance is very good and easy to connect, warm water comes quickly and can be well controlled, etc. Conclusion: nice hotel with good value for money. 더 보기

i had a nice stay at the kaya hotel. it is clean and basic, nothing fancy, at a resonable price. it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel and there is a train station a short walk away. it is a short taxi ride to itaewon if you are looking for night life. 더 보기

I just needed a place to sleep for a night. I booked the place through internet, at the same day of my arrival, which was very convenient. Then I went to Seoul, dropped my bag, to go out and meet people. So I just slept there - that is what I needed. I appreciated the close location to my meeting points, and the convenience store inside the same building. If one spends more time and needs WiFi, coffee shop, room service, sauna or parking lot, then this would be also available. 더 보기

i had a nice comfortable room..with 60inches lcd tv ~ 80 over channels...nice hot shower..auto light next to the toilet..great location just few walks away from the namyeong subway plus only 1 stop away from the main town seoul station. 더 보기

the hotel is located at a convenient location which is between seoul station & yongsan station. so if you planned to take ktx at either stations, then it's best choice for staying at this hotel. the price is so nice which is even lower than some hostel or love motel. the service of receiption is so nice & they know english well. but the room is quite hot due to hot floor. i have to switch on air-con even it's winter. 더 보기

Kaya is 50 meters from metro line Number 1 at Namyeong Station and one stop from Seoul Station. Easily accessible to all sightseeing and airport from Seoul Station by local train. Very hospitable, great staff those work for the best comfort of hotel guests. Very clean linens and rooms and spacious rooms with wide screen TV set and wifi. 2 bottles of water and pure hot and cold water dispenser in the corridor between 1st and 2nd floor. 더 보기

Close to airport bus stop. Small n budget hotel but the size of the room are not too small. Local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. 5 mins walk to few mtr stations of different route, save the trouble of transit. 더 보기

I needed to stay here for one night before catching a plane the next day at Incheon. The hotel is situated on a main street and just a 5 minute walk from two different subway stations. The bus stop for the airport limousine bus is just 5 minutes up the street as well. The staff speak English well and were very helpful. The only minor complaint is that the ondol heating floors are centrally controlled, so you can't adjust the heating in the room. I had to leave the window open so I wouldn't burn up. Other than that, it's a great deal in a nice, convenient location. 더 보기

this is my 2nd stay at kaya hotel. hotel is close to airport bus stop, and 2 mtr lines. only 1 station to seoul station which i found very convenience. i guess it's getting popular and it's always fully booked. we tried to get two double rooms but could only get 1 deluxe and 1 double. at the time of travel the temperature is around 2-10 degrees. though the central heater was not turned on, the staff arranged extra blanket and small heater for us which i thought was nice. hotel is clean and decent at that price given. they have upgraded to large led tv so i consider that as an improvement. the only thing i found inconvenience is that they do not provide kettle in the room, so everytime we need hot water we need to go to the restaurant to fetch it ourselves. other than that, everything seems fine. 더 보기

close to shops, restaurants, airbus stop and mtr. wifi in the room, mtr is within 5mins walk. one station from seoul station so it's easy to transit to other area. staff was helpful and facilities were sufficient, except i think they should provide a kettle in the room. in conclusion a very pleasant stay. 더 보기

much better hotel than i expected. the deluxe room was very large and well fitted out. also very large modern bathroom. the hotel is old but very comfortable. it is extremely convenient to 2 subway stations and lots of restaurants. seoul station and yongsan station are only 1 subway stop from hotel - greta for getting the ktx train. 더 보기

Although the room is small but it's very clean & comfortable. Very good location & easy to find the hotel especially if you are traveling from airport to hotel by shuttle bas. You can see the hotel if you are seated on the left side of the bas . Namyeong station is just 10 mins walking distance from hotel. Be prepared there is no kettle in the room . 더 보기
