저희 어머니께서 친구분들과 1박2일로 서울여행을 가신다고해서 한참 알아보다가 이 숙소를 예약하게 되었습니다 밤에 들어가서 하룻밤 자는데 비싼 숙소면 아깝다고하셔서 위치가 좋고 가성비가 좋은 숙소가 어디있을까 한참 찾아보다가 발견한 K-게스트하우스!! 게스트하우스치고는 괜찮았다고 하시네요 샤워실에는 샴푸 린스 바디워시까지 비치되어있었고 각방에는 필요시 공기청정기와 히터를 제공한다고 해요(기본 중앙난방식) 조식도 빵, 시리얼, 구운계란, 우유, 커피가 제공된다고해요 직원분도 친절하셨다네요~ 무엇보다 명동역에서 가까워서 숙소찾기가 굉장히 쉬우셨다고 해요(참고: 어머님들 연세 평균 60세) 아쉬운점은 2인 침대크기가 퀸사이즈보다 작은느낌이고 슈퍼싱글보다는 큰 사이즈라 여자두명인데도 조금 불편하셨다고해요 그래도 가격이 착하기때문에 가성비 갑이라며 만족하셨어요~ 더 보기

주중에 가서 방들이 여유있다며 무료업그레이드 해주셨어요. 웰컴 기프트, 굿바이 기프트 다 귀엽고 기분 좋은 선물이었습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 작지만 TV, 에어컨, 공기청정기까지 모두 갖추어져 있어서 매우 좋았습니다. 위치도 대로변에 있어서 여자 혼자 갔는데 무섭지도 않고 좋았습니다. 같은 건물 1층에 별다방도 있고 옆 건물에 편의점도 있어서 편리합니다 ^^ 더 보기

The area is a pro for location, very near to an mrt station and at the back is your dreamland place for cosmetics and beauty products. The room space is enough for me and it was clean. The only cons is that it has no elevator, somewhat tiring to climb specially if you are in the 4th floor. Location - very near to myeongdong station. Exit 5 then straight to gongcha, isaac's, starbucks. Very near to the night market. Just go out then turn right then right. Then the 1st pink mart u will see sells cheap souvernir. So i advise u to buy here. Way too cheap than other myeongdong street or underground stores. Guesthouse - staff are nice, the guy always gives us chupachups lol. bfast is self serve and they got breads, eggs, cereals, coffee, tea, nutella etc. Lots of choices. And the kitchen view is super amazing. U have a nice view of the namsan tower. We stayed at 3rd floor. Got no elevator but its fine for us its not so high. The room - its big enough for the two of us. Complete with tv. Theres aircon. Its very cold though i hope theres heater or maybe the aircon can be heater. Idk since remote is written in korean lol. Theres tv and it gor varieties of channel. Can even watch mbs and sbl lol. Koreanovelas. To summarize, i give this place 2 thumbs up. Kamsahamnida! 더 보기

The guesthouse just everything we need as a couple traveller. It has a perfect location just a 3 min walk from the myeongdong station and to the shopping center is only a blink away. Close by to Isaac toast (our favorite breakfast) and next to convenience store. Location is perfect, just walk 3 - 10 minutes to exit 5 Myeongdong Station, Myeongdong Market, Nandaemun Market , Namsan Tower & Shinsegae Dept (departure point to Nami Island). Thank you to Mr. Eunsuk allowed us to check-in early. The room is clean and comfortable although it is small . Our room just next to the terrace which is a good choice. I love the view while having breakfast with my kids everyday. My kids did not complain anything, they love to stay here. Overall, we had a pleasant stay in this guesthouse. I've booked flight for 10 day vacation next year and maybe K-Guesthouse Myeongdong 1 is our priority. Hope will see you again Mr. Eunsuk. 더 보기

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. The location is very near to myeongdong station and its street also, just few minutes walk. Really is the best location to stay and i really recommend this place. The room we stayed really have a space to walk, good facilities provided, breakfast were been provided with complete set of water dispenser, microwave, etc, yes, valued for money. The staff is really helpful and friendly although we didnt have much talk because we came back at night after explored the city. So yeah, a good choice to stay here! Oh the hotel also provide tour services such as Nami Island, Petite France, Everland, so far we really enjoyed with the recommendation places he suggested. The hotel is very nice and the location is great. Although it is located at 3rd floor, it is not a problem as you will get use with the stairs. This is Korea, you need to walk & climb the stairs a lot. 😂. Hotel is clean, manager, Eunsuk is very helpful. 더 보기

The room was pretty nice just like 5 stars hotel, located in the downtown with reachable price. The Hotel Manager Eunsuk was very kind and friendly person. I have had difficulties with Korean Language, but he helped me made my best Korea trip. This place would be my suggestion for people with any races and religions. 더 보기

Pros: Easy to find. It’s super near Myeongdong shopping center, Dongdaemun market and other malls such as Lotte, Lotte Young and Shinsegae. There are also restaurants nearby. Cons: No elevator, but the owner is so nice to help you carry your luggage upstairs. 더 보기

My flight was cancel last minuite and i contact direct to the owner and he is so sweet who let me to change my booking..I'm satisfactory for their service , but the staff was dissapointing me is because im travel alone and i have no any knowledge regarding the bus and train and ticketing service..If you are travel alone make sure you need to prepare everything and no need asking them cause the young man staff will tell you DONT KNOW..By the way you can ask all the people when you are in the street ..they are more friendly are welcoming you to their country.. 더 보기
