위치는 좋지만 방 청소 및 침대 위생상태는 너무 않좋았다. 진드리가 있나 싶을 정도로 몸이 가렸기도 했다. 아쉬운대로 쉬다 갈수있지만 싸다고 관리가 너무 허술한건 아닌지.. 하우스 자체적으로 점검해 보시기 바랍니다 더 보기

원래의 게스트하우스 말고 옆에 건물을 더 사서 임의로 게하를 만든 듯한 느낌이랄까요 아마도 맞을듯 ㅎ 원래부터 게하의 건물이 아닌거 같아요 1층은 커피숍이기도하고. 체크인 할 때두 옆 동 건물인 케이팝호텔에서 하라고 했으니유~ 처음에 바로 옆에 있다하길래 찾았는데 입구 못찾아서 헤맸다는 ㅋ 커피숍으로 들어가야 2,3,4층 이렇게 숙소가 있고 한 층에 거의 하나나 둘 정도의 방이 있는거 같아요 방음은 굿 잘되요 앞에 마침 공사 중이라 포크레인 소리하고 엄청 났는데 창문 닫으니 세상 조용 안들림 방음 짱 그리고 트윈침대 있던 방을써서 두명인데 꽤 넓직하게 썼구요 샤워기 수압도 짱 ~~ 대신 치약칫솔은 음서여 사오셔야해영 올인원 샴푸랑 바디워시는 있어용 아쉬운건 안에 하룻밤 자긴 괜춘한데 화장대 주변에 콘센트가 없어서 불편 하다는 것 정두... 뭐 괜춘 했어요. 앞에 남대문시장이랑 엄청 가깝습니당 회현역 하구도 가깝구용 더 보기

일단 저렴한 가격대의 숙소라는걸 말씀드리고 시작하겠습니다. 제가 찾던 위치로 생각해보면, 거의 최저가 수준이었어요. 그래서 그런지 숙소가 두개 건물로 나뉘어져있었고, 제가 간 건물은 엘리베이터 없이 가파른 계단길이었습니다. 화장실에서 하수구 냄새가 역류하긴 했지만 전체적으로 청소상태는 매우 깨끗해서 마음에 들었어요. 동일가격대비 다른 숙소보다 넓다는것도 한몫 했고요~ 최상의 시설을 기대하긴 힘들지만, 저렴한 가격을 생각해본다면 가성비는 좋은곳입니다. 더 보기

처음 방에 들어가는 순간 깔끔함에 깜짝 놀랐습니다. 지은지 얼마 안 된 느낌이 들었고 방도 꽤 넓고 티비까지 있어 좋았습니다. 방에 비해 가격이 정말 저렴해 재방문 의사 있습니다. 위치도 회현역 바로 근처이고 서울역에서도 도보로 이동가능합니다. 더 보기

5 Reasons why you should Stay-Away from this “hotel”: (1) A death trap awaits to happen – a converted commercial building constructed without an escape exit in the event of fire (a fire hazard risk due to the relatively compact building where all electrical devices and wiring are placed in a relatively tied spaces); (2) The steps are steep and narrow (a potential bone-braking accident awaits to happen to practically any person of all ages – can’t imagine the collateral damages should an elderly person and a child were to fall); (3) a potential high risk of a back injury especially for those with heavy suitcases going up and down the steep and narrow stair-case; (4) a potential security risk of a break-in to guest rooms awaiting to happen as there is no security door separating the public café and the stair-case leading to the guest rooms; and (5) a high a high probability of health risk as the bathroom drainage emits foul odors. 더 보기

kpop is very ok location wise but they dont remove the garbage. no percolator to keep you warm. u need to go outside and go to the lower ground of the reception area to get how or warm water. they did not replenish the liquid soap and shampoo. 더 보기

As per state that the hostel had no elevator .We agree with condition state but I can't imagine that their step are too suffer , would not recommended for traveller who have big bag , stairs are too narrow . Fit for who travel with Bagpack only . Old bed cover . We're a group of 4 girls in a family room for 6 nights in KPOP HAUS. There are a few pros and cons. Pros: The hotel location is excellent as it's at the city centre, very near to the Hoehyeon station and namdaemun market is just across the main road.  Even though we need to hike a bit as the hotel is located at slightly uphill, but there are coffee shop, convenience store and restaurants along the way up to the hotel, so don't worry about getting hungry at night. Cons: When we reached to the hotel at almost 12 noon, the receptionist went to lunch break so we had to wait for us to leave our luggage in the lobby. The receptionist girl wasn't that friendly too. It's a room for 4 pax, but only 2 towels were provided. There was no floor mat in front of toilet. When we requested for housekeeping, they only replaced the 2 towels and threw the rubbish. The room was not cleaned, no vacuum, no sweep, and no toiletries was topped up. It almost feel like no housekeeping was done at all. 더 보기

The room is in the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, i suggest you dont bring too big & heavy luggage. The room is big enough for two guest, but the bathroom is too small. The location is good, near to the station. Just walk for 5mins to the station. On the way to station, you'll find old woman sells odeng and fish cakes. My friend and I likes the odeng very much. Its so tasty n cheap. Nice for quick breakfast. 더 보기

Very minimalist. Room was clean. We were disappointed by the lack of material in the room at first (kettle for example), but then we found out we had access to the common kitchen. Very useful if you like making your own coffee in the morning! The beds were very very firm. The only thing that’s not convenient are the stairs, which can be a hassle if you have heavy luggage. Staff was very nice and helpful. You have one day of free storage for your luggage if your flight is late at night. Location is perfect. A few steps away from one of the biggest market in Seoul. Can look sketchy at night because it’s a bit dark we but didn’t feel unsafe. Overall, it’s perfect if you plan to stay one or two days, or for those who have a tight budget. 더 보기

Although it is small, still have enough space to walk around and put big luggage. Spacious toilet. Very clean, very near to bus stations. The stairs is small and steep, fine for us but probably not if you are older. Theres a park nearby overlooking Namsan tower! 더 보기
