We spent 3 nights at the Montemar Pension. It was very quiet and peaceful even if it was fully occupied. The room was very clean and had good level of equipment (even a washer). Our rooms had a jacuzzi next to the bed!! The breakfast was OK even if there were no selection or variation. The important thing to know is that you need a car if going to this hotel. If's far out in the rice fields! We found the place charming and relaxing. 더 보기

Really enjoyed our stay. Very friendly service. Room was comfortable & roomy. We had fun drinking champagne in the spa (which had clap attentive disco lighting!) haha FUN! ;) kitchenette was very handy after a long day out touring. It felt more homely than a hotel. We had three adults and one child and fit comfortably in one of the double rooms with two double beds. Each bedroom had a bathroom and the kitchen was stocked with pot and pans and plates and cups, etc. we brought all of our food for eating each meal in our room and breakfast was made for us in the cafe each morning- an egg, two rolls with jam, pineapple, and a soup with coffee and juice, all included in the room price. The owners were very nice, the place is brand new and kept up nicely, there are great private decks as well as a deck and patio are around a beautiful pool (too cold to swim in while we were there) and the views of the mountains it's set in and the ocean out front are amazing. We also were able to charcoal grill and it was a 10 minute drive to Naksan Beach, Naksana Temple, and only 20 minute drive to Seorak National Park and Cable Car! Great new hotel in 10 minutes drive from Seoraksan. Rooms are modern, big and very clean. Whirlpool working well (very useful if you spent your day hiking Seoraksan). Kitchen has all the kitchenware you need. Washing machine is inside the room. Bathroom has a shower. European style breakfast - simple but very tasty + they serve very delicius coffee. Bbq facilities are very good: plates, forks, cups, bowls, tablecloth.... all provided. We stayed during autumn so had no chance to use the pool but it looks lovely. Hotel owners are very friendly and always ready to help. We enjoyed our stay so highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to this area. 더 보기
