청결 위생 상태에 대해 좀 더 신경 써야할듯.... 옷걸이에 끈적끈적한 먼지와 머리카락이 너무 많이 붙어있고 화장실 안에 커튼도 자주 세척해야할 필요가 있음. 방안에 들어가자마자 좀 습기 찬 쾌쾌한 냄새가 납니다 전체적으로 건물은 신축이고 깨끗한것 같은데 각 객실안의 위생 청결상태가 개선되야함. 체크인을 받는 여자분 친절하지 못함. 야간에 근무하는 중국인 직원은 아주 친절함. 더 보기

명동역에서 걸어서 3~4분 걸렸던것 같아요! 가깝고 좋았어요!! 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 진짜 이렇게 좋은 가격에 이렇게 편하게 머물러도 되나 싶을 정도로 좋았어요!! 청소도 주기적으로 해주시는데 제가 비 맞아서 방 청소 한번 더 부탁드렸더니 주기적 청소 외에도 부탁받고 청소 해주셨어요ㅜㅜ제가 죄송할만큼 친절하셨던 것 같아요! 위생상태도 깔끔했어요! 주변 1분거리에 편의점 있고 아침에 조식도 제공해주셔서 편했어요!! 다음에 서울가도 또 이용하고 싶어요!! 고민하시는 분들 그냥 예약하셔도 좋을 것 같아요~~ 마지막에 물건 놔두고 갔는데 놔두고 간 물건 따로 챙겨주시기 까지 하셔서ㅜㅜ좋은 추억 만들고 갑니다!!!!! 더 보기

명동역 2번이나 3번 출구에서 걸어서 5분 정도 걸려요. 남산도 잘 보이고! 건너편에 명동 쇼핑가라서 쇼핑이나 맛집도 가기 쉽고 잠잘때는 조용해서 너무 좋아요. 특히 시설이 깨끗하게 관리되어서 쾌적하게 머물 수 있었네요~ 다음에 또 갈게요! 더 보기

I stayed here during my trip, and I was satisfactory. It was a lot better than I expected for 'guest house'. The room and toilet was very clean, staffs were so kind. The simplified breakfast was quite acceptable with a variety of selections for free. What the best of this guest house was the accessibility to all of places like shopping malls, subway station, and so on. Close enough to sample everything Myeondong has to offer but further away enough not to be bothered by passing sounds. Less than 3 minute walk to the metro station too. My room was great, i always try get rooms with a shower. There is free drinks available in the community area which is always clean and tidy. The staff are what take this guesthouse from Good to Great, Henah does a admirable job of looking after her guests and has excellent English. The rest of the staff are also a joy, they're very helpful and always say hello when I pass. I can say this is the best value for money place I've stayed in many months of travel across Asia. 더 보기

What I like about the K Stay Guesthouse are the staff are friendly, kind and helpful from the owner, manager and assistants.The price of the room where I stayed is definitely worth it. The room is very clean and relaxing especially when you're just alone so I recommend you to stay here if you're a solo traveler like me but they also have a room for couples. This guesthouse is just near the airport bus stop, myeongdong train station and you can go around in myeongdong shopping street since this guesthouse is also located in myeongdong and it's walking distance. Location is fine, just near the station. There’s also a convenience store nearby. Breakfast is not too heavy but enought to start your day. The owner has always entertained our questions and requests. Will definitely recommend. 더 보기

Pros: Location near Subway, bus stop, Incheon Airport limousine bus, Myeongdong shopping district, near convenient stores and restaurants, value for money especially for travelers on a budget, basic self-service breakfast included, wifi, aircon, hot water included! Super nice and lovely staff esp. Ms. Henai. 🥰 👍👍👍👌👌👌 Cons: Its a guesthouse, bring your own towel (small towel), accident prone toilet (small bath/toilet), need to walk steep road. we booked a twin bed room for 2 nights. when we checked in, we found it's only one big bed and my friend was a bit upset. The girl at reception had a very nice attitude and was trying her best to solve. The location is good, 5~10 mins walk to metro or bus station. The room is small but clean. It is not easy to judge the room size just from the pics online. have to say the washing room is really tiny. Overall, it is not a bad choice and will definitely come back.:) 더 보기

It’s really affordable and reasonable! It’s super clean and neat, staffs are all kind, and it’s location was also perfect. It’s close to Myeongdong station. I guess staffs can speak English, Korean, Chinese and Japanese well. It was really impressive that they try to communicate with guest by using translator. Definitely they try a lot to make guests comfortable. Dining room is opposite side of concierge, and it was really clean and convenient. The room was cozy, it was not too hot or cold. There are lots of places to eat and go shopping nearby Myeongdong station, and if you find some cozy, quiet, clean and reasonable place to stay, I definitely recommend this place. We didn't find the little hike to the hostel a problem at all! I love that its so near Myeongdong station where most of the pick-up point for our tours were and near the Myeongdong underground shopping center. There are also CV stores nearby so buying necessities isn't a problem. Basic breakfast is provided and it's a good thing you have your own toilet in your room. Room is affordable. Be sure to request room on the lower floor. Ours is 3rd floor, so its not really easy to go up and down, considering the hike you did going to the hotel from Myeongdong Stn. The room is ok if you are not OC. When we received our room. It was messy. A lot of hair on the floor, unfolded towels on the drawers and there are dust everywhwere. I have to ask for cleaning stuffs to do the cleaning as I cant really stand the hair strands on the floor and bedside. The tables and floor as well on the lounge/bfast area is dirty. Alot of food crumbs of the table top and floors. It was like that for the whole 8days we stayed there. 더 보기

Staff is very accommodating the moment that we booked the hotel, they assisted us. We arrived around 1,30am in Seoul. They gave us all details on how to's of the Hotel. The kitchen is at 2nd F. Very cute lounge. Highly recommend for those who are on tight budget 더 보기
