명동과 충무로역 사이에 있어 위치는 꽤 좋아요. 버스정류장도 가까워서 편리했어요. 고시텔이라 좁은 방이지만, 제가 묵어본 다른 고시텔보다 방 크기나 시설은 좋았어요. 책상과 선반, 의자, 휴지통은 고시텔 공통 시설인거 같은데 여긴 옷장, 냉장고도 있어요. 주방이라고 하기엔 조금 애매한 휴게실이 있는데 분리수거함과 전자렌지, 전기밥솥, 싱크대와 핫플레이트 같은 것도 있었는데 뭔가 음식을 해먹고 싶은 맘은 들지 않는 곳이었어요. 위치와 방시설이 좋은데 평가를 박하게 한 것은 욕실과 공기때문이에요ㅠ 화장실과 욕실이 함께 있는 구조인데, 너무 좁아서 샤워기를 쓰면 슬리퍼를 비롯해서 변기까지 물이 안닿을 수가 없어요. 그래서 누군가 샤워기를 쓰면 젖은 화장실 슬리퍼를 신게 되요. 그래서 화장실 밖의 발닦개는 항상 축축한데, 매일 갈지도 않는 것 같아요. 아침이든 오후든 저녁이든 항상 아주 축축하더라구요 ㅠㅠ 화장실도 청소가 잘 안되는지 더러워서 참 ㅠㅠ 그리고 복도에 담배연기가 완전 배여있고, 방안에 매일 환기스위치를 눌러도 좀 시간지나면 환기구로 담배냄새가 들어와서 넘 괴로웠어요. 공기가 넘 안좋아요 ㅠㅠ 담배냄새는 숙박객의 문제겠지만, 매일 복도며 방안으로며 공기가 그런건 환기를 제대로 안하는 탓도 큰 것 같아요. 위치, 방안시설 맘에 들었지만 공기랑 욕실땜엔 다시 안갈 것 같아요 ㅠ. 참, 엘리베이터 있는 건물이지만 이 숙소가 있는 2층으로는 엘리베이터가 서질 않아서 계단이용해야되요. 참고하세요. 더 보기

after check out, i whatsapps the staff to ask whether i can left my luggage outside the room since my flight on tomorrow morning. then he/ she replied just leave the room key and luggage in the room. definitely will come again next time 더 보기

good thing is near the train station. just about 8 minutes walk from subway. the room concept is goshiwon which usually rent by student. bad thing is no receptionist. just by whatsapp. and no breakfast. the toilet, goodbye. and inside my room, can't use the power plug 더 보기

The private room for one person is smaller than what is shown in pictures. I thought I won't be able to open my medium sized luggage due to limited space but I fortunately did. The centralized aircon is switched on and off, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night because of humid temperature. No staff is around most of the time. Breakfast included is a cup of instant noodles. You have to carry your luggage in the stairs leading to the entrance which is located in the upper floor of the building. However, it's close to shopping center and walking distance to nearest MRT station. 더 보기

It is a good place for guests who needs to do their work and at the same time touring around nearby famous places for this instance, Myeongdong. It is easy to find the guesthouse and the environment is very quiet. 더 보기

it felt like camping. pros are location, privacy by having small room. cons are no attendant, no information anywhere. about breakfast, check out, cleanliness is questionable. my room had a bit of an unpleasant smell. no toilet paper in toilet. ok for price if u just want a place to sleep and not too fuzzy. 더 보기
