The host and his staff are so kind. They took my family to Seoul station at check-out date. The house is very ideal for group with kitchen. The location is near Myeongdong station but have to climb about 50m stairs. However, the shuttle service after 8pm is very convenient. 더 보기

The stay was well worth it for the price paid. For the two of us, we were given a large space with one living room and a bedroom (3 queen sized beds). Although the location was a little inconvenient, shuttle services are provided from the train station back to the apartment on a daily basis. The apartment was considered clean too. 더 보기

I really love this Guesthouse. The Host and his employees are very kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and took a rest after our long journey. They also booked us the taxi to go to the airport at the early morning. All the facilities needed are provided and we enjoy our stay here. The location also strategic near to Myeongdong Station, Myeongdong Shopping area and also convenient store. They also provide the shuttle van at the night to pick you up. 더 보기

Mr. Ko, the owner is very accommodating. The property is almost 5-10mins away from Myeongdong shopping street and also surrounded by food establishments to choose from or if you want to cook for yourselves, each room has its own set of appliances as well. Our concern mostly are the stairs from the main street going to the ville especially at night since you're tired already but still needs to climb the stairs going to the ville. However, the owner provides free pick-up at night from 8pm-12mn every 30mins so better to schedule your activities at night and take the shuttle going home. Another stairs are from the ville going to the rooms since there is no elevator, and if you have a lot of luggages like our group, it is really a struggle especially if you will stay at high floors. Nonetheless, it is worth our money considering the location wherein most of the pick-up point for the tours are near the property. 더 보기

The apartment is so close to Myeongdong area and metro station. Host is excellent and she even sent us to Seoul Station FOC on the day we checked out. A very friendly team she has and helped us with our luggage. Would recommend this place to those traveling to Seoul. 더 보기

We arrived at midnight, the door is closed; we needed to call the owner to check in. So if u arrive late at midnight, inform the owner beforehand. Apart from this, it's clean and cheap, with a washing machine in our room,which is very convenient. As long as u can accept walking a hill and upstairs (10 minutes)to the hotel without elevator, it's a good choice. 더 보기

This guest house is big and comfortable ... the problems is its too high .. the location of the hotel.. too high..u need to reach many stairs to go up and then u reach the guest house... i bring along my daughter.. with heavy bags and baby stroller.. can u imagine that?? Good accommodation - an apartment with cooking facilities as well as washing machine, clothes rack etc. Cleaning/laundry products were provided. Very enjoyable stay and fabulous value for money.Location was great, located between namsan tower and myeongdong. All basic needs for traveler is there such as kitchenette, limitless small towels etc. Location is up on the hill, but the owner Mr Ko is always there to help pick you up for free from myeong dong subway. The owner is very helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 2am and called the owner and he immediately assist us into our room. He is very helpful. The hotel has free shuttle from myeongdong station to hotel from 8pm to 12am. The room is very clean and complete amenities. Very near in myeongdong station (5 minutes walk). Only one con for this hotel. If you arrived late night from 1am, it was very hard to find it. The taxi drivers doesn't know where the hotel is located. So I suggest to call the owner and inform him before your travel date that you will be arriving very late. 더 보기

The studio unit we got come with 2 bathroom, kitchenette, washing machine, fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, heated flooring. Love the unit, very clean and spacious. The hotel located uphill, with steep staircase, but consider a very good exercise for us, walking in a very cold weather. Not recommended if you have elderly travelling with you unless you fully use the free shuttles that operates after 8pm. 더 보기

nice location with free shuttle van service at night. few minutes walk to myeongdong shopping area, train station, airport limousine bus drop off and n seoul tower cable car. uphill stairs when going to up to hotel if you will not avail of the free shuttle. we booked for a quad sharing room but they gave us a super big room enough for 6-8 persons. rooms were equipped with washing machine and detergent, microwave oven with toaster, cooking and eating utensils and 2 confort rooms in a room!!the owner, mr.ko, is very kind and helpful. he even booked us a discounted airport limousine van. free luggage storage upon check-out. highly recommended!! 더 보기

The room is clean and complete. Feel like a home. Location is good, walking distance to Myeongdong subway. Easy to find good food. Room heater and water heater are well functioning to keep u warm during winter. The best thing is caring and helpful owner which I never forget. I have stayed in STV for 7 days. My kid felt sick on the 1st day of my vacation in Seoul. After taken 2 days medication bought from pharmacy the fever still not recover. My kid was getting high fever, vomiting and stomachche, I decided to bring him to visit a doctor. It was on Saturday afternoon, most clinic have closed. I have asked Mr Ko who is the owner of STV to help us to find clinic, he is so caring and helpful, he managed to find one peadiatric which was open until Saturday evening but a bit far from where we stay. Although he is very busy, but yet he offer himself to send my kid to the clinic and help us translate to the doctor and nurse. I really thankful to the owner and I will stay in this hotel again. 더 보기

Mr Gao is a nice landlord who can speak Chinese and English. Room is bigger than others with an open kitchen. You can cook by yourself. The hotel is nearby Myeongdong station, walking around 5 mins. The location of hotel has a ramp but you can call landlord to meet when you arrived Myeongdong station and shuttle bus runs between 20:00 to 23:30. 더 보기
