This was a residence rather than a hotel. The room was clean and had a small kitchen and a laundry machine which I did not use though lol. The service was minimum but enough. Totally I was satisfied and would stay in this residence next time :) 더 보기

We. Book 2 rooms & stay 6 nights . Saw cockroaches outside the room corridor No aircon remote control . Have to text the landlord by wechat as there is no one around at all times . He claimed the aircon not serviced & not advisable to use . not helpful to give advise on directions & where to go . 더 보기

Excellent and quiet. Located near the plastic surgery area of Seoul, many guests were recovering from various procedures and this was an ideal place. Very comfortable beds and nice rooms. Right next to subway stop (but on a quiet street) and near lots of useful places (Daiso, bakeries, Korean restaurants, etc.) The manager is also very nice. Would definitely stay again. 더 보기

For the price, this is a very nice place in Gangnam! Really near the subway and is walking distance to garosu-gil. Around the place also has many bars and restaurant. Quite difficult to find the place in the first place so have to really lookout for the sign. There is no fronthouse but the owner replies email within 15 minutes so thumbs up!! 더 보기

I was in Seoul for almost 10 days, which I stayed in 3 different places, but among all Sinsa Residence and Guesthouse was the best! The host was friendly, polite and he could also speak very good English, which was really helpful. The place itself is very clean, with private toilet & shower inside a single room, TV with many channels, comfortable big bed, closet, chairs and table. What I really liked about this place was that all the doors are locked with pass code (I could even choose my own pass code number -more private) so it was unnecessary for me to carry around any keys. Location wise, the place is close to subway line 3 (orange line - sinsa station) and also a walking distance from the famous sinsadong Garosugil ! If I revisit Seoul in the future, I will definitely stay here again and also recommend to any of my friends who visits Korea. 더 보기

the owner was the nicest person I met when i was in Korea. I had a surgery issue in Seoul and the owner was always checking if everything was going fine with my recovery. I will definitely recommend this place, is very close to Sinsa Station (just 5 minutes or less walking) in Gangnam. My room was absolutely pretty and super comfortable. I had a big TV screen, laundry, private toilet, big bed, microwave, fridge and air conditioner all together in my room, everything that made me feel i was in the best place! Specially for me because of my recovery and my long trip from Mexico. the owner is fluent in English so travelers wont have any problem with communication. So, if you are looking for a place where you can have the best facilities, best location (it is just 5 minutes walking from sinsa station and 10-15 waling to the main attractions in Gangnam) and stay in one of the best places in Seoul and good place in Gangnam i will always recommend this place, so please enjoy your stay. 더 보기

The room was good but a bit dusty. The operation sound of the fridge in my room was so loud after midnight (and only after midnight, which was weird) it disturbed my sleep. The location is good, about 5 minutes walk from Sinsa Station exit 5. It made me feel like staying in a rental studio as it was quiet in the building all the time. Value for money overall. 더 보기

I suggest this property for people who want to travel in korea in popular area and easy to go to everty where in seoul city center to stay here. Its easy to come from airport by airport shuttle bus. Also very close to underground train and easy to get taxi also many restaurant and somce covenience shop around the property. What i need the perperty improve is "the house keeper should come and change the bed sheet and towel in toilet often" 더 보기
