We didn't really get to stay in Sio's property itself. Our booking was cancelled on the day of our arrival due to some tech issues with Agoda booking according to Daniel, the owner. Daniel was kind enough to offer us an alternative accommodation and even shouldered at his own expense the transportation cost from Sio to the alternative place was pretty good. It looked very new and had everything we wanted. It was still close or proximate to Hongik University and the main area for eating and shopping. So we were very satisfied with how Daniel responded to the booking concern. I look forward to staying at the property again in my future visits to Seoul. To Daniel, thank you again. 더 보기

Daniel was very gracious! He picked us up at the airport and safely took us to a hotel after a gas leak incident at the hostel. The staff were also nice and helpful. The room is well kept but might need renovation in the bathroom but otherwise bath towels, toiletries and beddings were sufficient. Over all a good stay for three people. 더 보기

Daniel who is the host of the hostel were very friendly and helpful in recommending to us places of interest and the fastest route to explore. Appreciate his help. It’s the best hostel you can find especially if you’re travelling with a group. Facilities are good, staff are nice, and it’s near Hongik University station and few minutes walk to Hongdae area. Would definitely return! 더 보기

Everything gonna very smoothly until we're almost arrive one day ahead. We got the owner's confirmation right after the booking. However, what's surprised that we were been told the hostel is overbooked due to the system error before the trip and the owner will arrange another stay for us. Since we're taking the red eye flight, we requested an early check-in when we do the booking via agoda. Unexpected that we rang the bell for thousands times when we arrived but no one open the door or answer our call neither, we stood outsider for more than 15mins without a pleasant apologize, the staff was just very in polite. After a long day, when we back for picking up the luggage to the "new stay" which arranged by the owner, the staff keep locking us outside the door for nearly 30mins even they're just in the room next to the front door. Their service just super slow and unhelpful And the "new stay" for our first night like a bang motel and far away from the cbd. Totally ruined our exp 더 보기

The price of the room is very reasonable and the location of the hostel is near the subway station around 5 mins walk and around 10 mins walk to Hongdae shopping area. Room is clean and host and staff is very helpful. 더 보기
