아고다로 예매하고 예약확인메일 받았지만 아고다 고객센터와 연락이 안되어 호텔로 전화연결을 했는데 예약이 꽉차서 거절했다고 예약안되있다고 아고다랑 알아서 얘기하라고 매우 불친절하게 답하시더라고요 결국 다른곳에서 머물고 호텔근처도 못가고 돈만 10만원 넘게 날렸네요 똑바로 하시길 더 보기

일단, 2일 예약 후 숙박하기로 했는데 하루 묵고나서 그냥 퇴실(1박은 하지 않음)하였습니다. 이렇게 비 위생적인 숙박시설이 있다는것도 놀라울따름. 층별 복도는 곰팡이가 넘쳐납니다. 정말 비위생적이고 관리가 안되고 있음. 애기를 데리고 숙박을 하느라 바닥에 깔 이불좀 달라고 하니깐 비용발생되더라고요(원칙적으로 나온다면 할말없지만, 인원 증감도 아니고 24개월 미만인 애기 바닥에 잔다고 깔 이불달라고 한건데, 웬만한 호텔이나 레지던스는 그냥 줍니다). 비용지불하고 이불깔기전에 위생이 불량해서 소지하고 있는 물티슈로 바닥을 딲는데, 큰 불티슈 한통 다 썼습니다. 청소기는 돌리는거 같은데 바닥은 안 딲은지 몇개월 된거 같네요. 온통 거멉습니다. 또한 서비스내용에 조식내용 포함되었는데, 프런트에 물어보니 옆에 김밥나라하고 연계됬다면서 그쪽에서 먹으라고 하데요;; 김밥나라에서 돈 주고 알아서 시켜먹었네요. 세탁을하는데 세제넣는 통에 전에 썼던 세제가 그냥 남아있었네요..;; 아 최악,... 그래서 하루 묵고 그냥 나왔습니다. 환불받을생각도 없었고 환불도 안되고.. 또 새벽에 나갈려면 보안상 문 잠그니 인터폰?으로 요청...아놔.. 정말정말 최악의 위생상태와 보완상태.. 사진에서 보여주는건 뽀샵처리 잘한거 같네요.. 단, 큰 거실과 방2개는 마음이 듭니다. 가격대비 큰 집에서 잘수 있는건 흔치 않다는 사실.. 결론적으로는 꽁짜로 자라고 해도 안 잡니다.. 아고다도 제대로 관리를 해야겠습니다. 이건 완전 허위광고물을 게시하는 수준입니다. 더 보기

This is perfect when you need to stay somewhere for an extended period of time. I even was able to get my packages delivered to me. It is in a wonderful location and just a bit of a walk down the road to Suwon station, or if you want to be lazy, you can take the bust to the next stop but by then you are halfway there. Very nice staff. The hallways are not much to look at and may have some people worried but the inside of the room is exceedingly better. 더 보기

The suite is furnished like an apartment. The hallways aren't the greatest but as soon as you get in your room it's very clean. We were able to wash all of our clothes in the washer, with the provided detergent. No dryer, but a drying rack is provided. The rooms are separate and have doors, so each room's occupants have privacy. It was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Free WiFi. You could cook in the kitchen, or easily go to one of the very nearby restaurants. Hwaseong Fortress and the train station are also very close. This would be a good place for one night or for an extended stay. 더 보기

+ve feedback - lots of restaurants in the vicinity - huge living/ dining area - cooking utensils, cutlery, plates/ cups provided. Note: No cleaning provided for dishes, etc. you have to wash your own. - 5-8 mins walk to Suwon station. -ve feedback - the window panels really need to be fixed! both the living room and master bedroom's window panels fell off from the top screw (half hanging)in the middle of the night and we were woken up by the noise and the strong wind gust. The Suite Place is located 5 minutes away from Suwon station. Use exit 8, either the lift or the elevator and you will be across Suwon station. Walk up the main road and you will reach The Suite Place. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was available on weekdays. Breakfast was the basic bread and cereals, rice and kimchi variety. However was happy with the food street behind the residence and in the next lane. Very pleasant stay. 더 보기

The apartment was very nice, clean, well equipped and spacious. They even have washing powder for you to use at no extra charge. We stayed here because we wanted to visit the Fortress. It is easy to find, the train station is not too far away. For food we used the back entrance as this street is full of restaurants, some were closed because we went during Chuseok, but we still found places to go. 더 보기

The corridors of each floor may look a little dark and dull, but the rooms are very spacious and bright. Since it's a serviced residence, it is good for friends who go traveling together, to cook and have fun. The location of this hotel is also very good, about a 5 minute walk from Suwon KTX station, and there're plenty of local buses that reach various sightseeing locations. Highly recommnded. 더 보기

３泊しましたが、天井が高く、マンションに住むような感じで、長期滞在によいと思いました。調理器具や食器も２人分あり、次回はスーパーで食材を買って自炊もいいと思いました。実際、他の部屋は住人がいるらしく、食事時間には良いにおいが漂っていました。 フロントの方はどなたも日本語が堪能で、分からないことを聞くと丁寧に教えてくださいます。掃除も行き届いていて、掃除のおばさんの感じもすごくよかったです（韓国語しか通じませんが・・）。 朝食も数は少ないですが、美味しく、コーヒーなどは部屋へ持ち帰れました。 水原駅から歩いて数分で、近辺は食堂も沢山あり繁華街もあり、大変ロケーションは良いです。 次回また泊まりたいホテルです。 더 보기

華城を見学するために宿泊。ホテルから華城までは歩いて行ける距離だった（２０分強）。ホテル内は通路はあまりきれいと言えないが、部屋内部はきれいであった。ただ良く座るソファーがあまり綺麗でなかったのが残念だった。夕食するにはホテルの駐車場から出ると（裏側）沢山あり、フロントに日本語英語ハングル並記の案内図がありわかりやすい（何屋さんかが記載されている）。フロントの女性にお薦め処を聞いたが、あまり詳しくはなかった。 더 보기
