총 6개의 객실이 있는데 온돌방과 침대방으로 나뉘어져 있다. 온돌방에 머물렀는데 아담했지만 모든 것이 깔끔하여 아늑하고 쾌적했다. 홍대랑 걸어서 10분 정도 밖에 걸리지 않아 위치도 좋았으며 직원들도 매우 친절했다. 더 보기

My stay is brilliant. I've got replacement by Agoda.com, as my previous hotel has cancelled up my reservation due to construction, and agoda had called me up and replaced me to a better ans wonderful hotel, The Win Boutique.
The hotel is comfortable, clean and location is nice. A minute or two to the closest metro, and a short walking to the closest Homeplus and various restaurants. The receptionist is friendly, well English speaking. The breakfast is not bad, just the portion of the breakfast is a little too small.
Anyways, thanks to Agoda! I had a pleasant stay at this wonderful hotel! 더 보기

We had two rooms, one with a king size bed and another "ondol style" ( with heated flooring for the kids). Both rooms were clean and each had unique character as befits a boutique hotel which does not have standard type of hotel rooms. The best thing about the place is its location less than 3 minutes walk from Hapjeong Station (exit 2) and Mapo Dumpling (where we had lunch and breakfast, and also a bakery just as one exits the station. Another good thing is that is is just one stop from Hongik University location, which is a very lively and happening place, and the staff speak English.
On the cons side, the heating in our room did not seem to be able to cope with the very cold days that coincided with our stay in Seoul (-10 C or lower), and although breakfast was included, it was not provided on one of the days (a Sunday) as staff do not operate the front desk and the cafe until 11 am. The hot water for the sink also took a long time to get warm (perhaps due to the very cold weather??).

i am definitely going back again. albeit the room was smaller than expected, our stay was perfect. the manager/boss of the place also offered to purchase a bday cake for one of my friends which was very thoughtful and nice. he even gave us a gift as a token. the staff is very helpful and readily available. note that as this is a guesthouse, no one will be around at night. but the location is very safe and centralised. 더 보기

Stayed at the premier suite for 2 nights. Very impressive room with 2 floors, the lower floor being the dinning room with an open kitchen & a small terrace, and the upper floor is the master bedroom which also comes with a tiny play room for kids. The design & layout are great & trendy. The dinning room has a yamaha cd player (comes with iphone adaptor), kitchenette & washing machine. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a LCD with cable tv, enclosed toilet with bathtub & rain shower. The beddings are of very high quality which I felt soft & comfortable to sleep with. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Cons - I would say each floor is about 50 square meter but the dinning area is not fully used. It would be perfect if it comes with a tv & sofa at the dinning / living area. 더 보기

the location is very close to the subway station line 2. i had my taxi talked to the hotel staff, who was very helpful in directing the taxi. he even came out to direct the taxi to the hotel. the only thing is the hotel is in an alley which is a little bit scary at night but it was quite safe. the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. although it was small, it fit quite well with me travelling alone. it was all i needed. the breakfast in the morning was simple and nice as well. again, the staff was friendly and helpful in giving me information to going to the airport and even offered to walk me to the bus stop :) 더 보기

The Win Boutique Hotel converted a basement area into a 6-bunk youth-hostel like area. There's a large common sitting area, 3 bathrooms, and six bunks. The ceiling is high, and the entire space feels quite large. It's in the basement so you get no noise, but it also means there are no views. Each guest has their own key, and there's no curfew. The bunks are large and comfortable.
The hotel is 100m from the subway station and also the airport shuttle. There are many coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.
A few drawbacks are: The staff is often not around. They are at the front desk when they expect reservation holders to arrive or leave, but at other times of the day you might have to telephone them. So if you're staying here, get reservations or call in advance. The supposedly free internet was not working when I stayed, but I only mentioned it to the staff when I was departing, so perhaps they have since fixed it. They clean the place daily, but they don't know how to sweep properly. It gets 95% clean, but if you're a neat freak, you'll notice the remaining 5%. Also, one of the three showers has a slow or clogged drain. You can still use the shower, but it's not ideal. Better to use one of the other two showers. Despite these drawbacks, I was quite satisfied with the hotel. 더 보기

I stayed in the dormitory beds, which are downstairs. Unlike other similar setups in Korea, these ones stand out because they all have a lovely privacy screen. In that sense, you basically get your own private cave to stay in. The two showers are shared with everyone, but they have soap dispensers. There's also some free lockers you can use to stash your stuff for the day or night. 더 보기

Win is a superb hotel I will recommend to all my friends. In fact, enquiries have been coming in from friends who have seen the photos I've posted on FB. It is located 50m away from Hapjeong, line 2, which gives easy access to the main tourist areas of Seoul, City Hall, Myeong-dong, Gangnam etc. The rooms are clean and comfortable, well furnished and deco-ed as well. Great location as it is located very close to a subway station. Airport shuttle bus can also be taken just down the road from the hotel.
Make sure you check in prior to 22:00 hours though as the reception closes after 22:00 hours. 더 보기

The Win Boutique was a little hard to find at first (Near Mapo Dumpling), but after we found it, it was really easy. Place was really quaint, only 6 rooms if I am not mistaken. Rooms were comfortable and spacious, had a TV and really quick internet. Staff was really friendly, helping out with our plans and such.
Overall a very good stay, will definitely stay here again.
